When we say “we”, “AmorIAI” or “the service”, we refer to the team behind AmorIAI.app.
AmorIAI.app is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years old or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 18, we may suspend or delete that account and delete associated data where reasonably possible.
We may collect several types of data when you use AmorIAI.app:
• Account information: e-mail address, encrypted password, preferred language, account settings. If you sign up or log in with Google, some basic information from your Google profile (for example your e-mail address) is shared with us so we can create or link your AmorIAI account. • Usage data: login dates and times, device type, operating system, technical logs used to improve the service. • Conversation content: text messages, journals and some metadata (time, language used) exchanged with your AmorIAI. • Payment data: information related to transactions (amount, currency, transaction identifier, payment status) processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. • Cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies (for authentication, security and language preferences) and, if you accept them, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your data to:
• Provide the service: create your account, log you in (including via Google if you choose that option), enable text/voice exchanges with your AmorIAI. • Manage subscriptions and payments: process your payments via our provider Stripe, verify transactions and help prevent fraud. • Personalize your experience: in paid plans, enable your AmorIAI to remember you over time. • Improve AmorIAI.app: analyse usage in an aggregated way (through technical logs and, where applicable, analytics cookies) to understand what works and what does not. • Comply with legal obligations: for example, in response to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Your conversations with your AmorIAI may involve personal topics (emotions, relationships, wellbeing, etc.).
We recommend that you: • do not share ultra-sensitive information (payment card numbers, passwords, full official documents, etc.); • avoid sharing data that could directly identify another person without their consent.
The AI models used to run AmorIAI may analyse your content to generate responses. We implement safeguards and use this data primarily to operate and improve the service.
We may share certain data with:
• Technical providers (hosting, infrastructure, databases, analytics tools) strictly necessary for AmorIAI.app to function. • Third-party AI services, when needed to generate responses from your AmorIAI. • Our payment provider Stripe, to process your payments, verify transactions and help prevent fraud. • Google, when you choose to sign up or log in using your Google account (OAuth authentication). In that case, certain information from your Google profile is shared so we can authenticate you.
We do not share your personal conversations with advertisers for interest-based advertising.
We keep your data for as long as necessary to:
• provide the service, • comply with legal obligations, • handle potential disputes.
You can request deletion of your account by writing to: contactamoriai@gmail.com. Some data may be kept longer if required by law (for example, technical logs, accounting records or proof of consent).
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights over your personal data, including:
